Step 1
We start with the initial consultation with our client. During this time, we discuss all the requirements and priorities that a client expects. Then your vision is outlined and according to that, a rough budget estimate is provided.
Step 2
The second phase includes in-depth research by our team and a thorough discussion on various aspects of the project. In this step, we also provide our recommendations to you and give you time to consider those as well. Once the process and everything related to construction is finalized, including timeline, budget, appliances, centralized control system, etc., we begin the construction.
Step 3
The third phase is construction phase. We keep our clients in touch with us and provide the time to time update to them. If possible, we do not hesitate to do last minute change in small aspects related to construction and can accommodate new additions in it.
Step 4
Once the construction is done and the project is completed, we handover the dream home to our clients. This is the happiest moment for both parties and the moment of celebration. We also provide after completion support to all our clients to take care of any issue that can come later. So you don’t have to worry about anything at all.
